1. Services Offered RK Web Studios – Terms & Conditions

RK Web Studios creates custom websites, logos, and branding for service-based businesses. E-commerce (online store) websites are not included.

2. Payments & Refunds

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start. The remaining 50% is due before delivery. No refunds once work begins. If inactive for 30 days, deposit is lost.

3. Timeline & Revisions

Typical project time is 7-14 business days. Delays from missing info will extend this. 2 rounds of revisions included. Extra rounds cost $50 each.

4. File Delivery

Final logos are sent in PNG, JPG, and SVG after payment. Wix websites are transferred after final payment or held with monthly maintenance.

5. Ownership & Protection

Templates and logos remain RK Web Studios' property until full payment. Preview content is watermarked and cannot be copied or reused.

6. Maintenance & Edits

Maintenance is optional at $99/month. It includes 1 hour of edits or updates. Without this, you're responsible for your own updates.

7. Cancellations

Cancelling after work starts means your deposit is lost. We may cancel if there's bad behavior, scope creep, or lack of response.

8. Creative Control

You're hiring a creative. Trust the process. Micromanaging, rebuilds, or endless tweaks may be refused.

9. Communication

All work is handled by email or agreed platform. Non-urgent texts or DMs outside business hours may be delayed.

10. Legal

RK Web Studios is not responsible for legal issues, compliance, or SEO penalties. Clients are responsible for all written content, privacy policies, and domains.

Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on the official website. By working with RK Web Studios, you agree to these terms. These protect both of us and keep the process smooth.
